Personal data within the meaning of these data protection provisions means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

Depending on the use of our website, different personal data is processed to varying degrees.

Each time you visit our website, i.e. the websitewww.zahnarzt-pilsensee.de and its subpages, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server of our website. The data referred to in section 1.2 will be automatically deleted after 8 weeks.

  • Your first and last name and
  • Your formulated request in the “Message” field.

The collection and processing of the aforementioned mandatory data when using a contact form takes place so that we know who sent the request and can answer it.

The legal basis for the processing of this data transmitted as mandatory information is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR, as the collection and processing of the data required to process your request is in our interest as well as in your interest. Once the request has been processed, the data collected by us as mandatory information due to the use of the contact form will be automatically deleted. Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

For the processing of the voluntary information provided by you, consent is given in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR. After the request has been processed, the data collected by us as voluntary information due to the use of the contact form will be automatically deleted. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. All you need to do is send us an informal email. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation. You can find more information on revoking consent in section 14. Once the request has been dealt with, the data voluntarily provided by you when using the contact form will also be automatically deleted. Online appointment allocation with lunisMED

On our homepage you have the possibility to book treatment appointments online via the appointment scheduler lunisMED. Personal data such as name, telephone number etc. are collected for such an appointment booking. This data is required exclusively for the appointment arrangement between you and our practice. The data will not be passed on or used for commercial purposes. You will find lunisMED’s privacy policy with further information at the end of the appointment booking process.
