We offer a recall system with cheerful postcards. Twice a year, if you wish, we will invite you to our practice to have your teeth checked. You can also receive appointment reminders by text message.
If you need urgent dental help outside of our office hours, please contact the dental emergency service.
Your first visit with us
We take our time – for you and your dental health. To make your visit with us as pleasant and smooth as possible, we ask you to download the registration and medical history form in advance, fill it out carefully, print it out and bring it with you to your appointment together with your insurance card.
If you have made the appointment for more people, we need the completed form for each individual person. Of course, we will treat all information as strictly confidential and in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.
If you have recent X-ray images, please also bring these with you to your appointment.
During the initial consultation, you will have the opportunity to explain the reason for your visit in a relaxed atmosphere and get to know your dentist. The appointment is used for a comprehensive consultation, examination and careful recording of all findings. You will receive an initial assessment of your oral health and, if necessary, advice on recommended treatments. Together we will discuss the next steps – individually tailored to your wishes and needs.

Accessibility
We are easily reachable by telephone from 7:00 a.m. onwards. However, if there is a high volume of calls and you cannot get through to our reception, please send us an e-mail. We will take care of your request as quickly as possible.
Insurance card
Please remember that we need the health insurance card (health card) for every visit if you have statutory health insurance!

Books and toys are always available so that our little patients don’t get bored and feel comfortable in our practice.
