Service
We offer a recall system with cheerful postcards. Twice a year, if you wish, we will invite you to our practice to have your teeth checked. You can also receive appointment reminders by text message.
If you need urgent dental help outside of our office hours, please contact the dental emergency service.
Your first visit with us
If you are in possession of current X-ray images, please bring them with you.
Please complete the enclosed registration and medical history form carefully and bring it with you to the agreed appointment. Your data will of course be treated in accordance with data protection regulations.

Accessibility
We are easily reachable by telephone from 7:00 a.m. onwards. However, if there is a high volume of calls and you cannot get through to our reception, please send us an e-mail. We will take care of your request as quickly as possible.
Insurance card
Please remember that we need the health insurance card (health card) for every visit if you have statutory health insurance!

Postcard:
We will be happy to add you to our recall system and send you a cheerful postcard to remind you of your twice-yearly check-up appointment.
Children’s play area
Books and toys are always available so that our little patients don’t get bored and feel comfortable in our practice.
